Just last week here in New York Mayor Bloomberg pushed another trans-fat ban, this time on desserts & baked goods. So it seemed fitting to arrive in North Dakota to see fields of seemingly never ending chartreuse canola blossoms- much more vibrant and dense than the beautiful sunflower fields of the fall. I think it'll go down in history as one of the most beautiful organic technicolor sights I'll ever see- it reminded me of the fields of poppies in the Wizard of Oz.
